I think i have to reside on a tropic island, this climate is not doing much for me.

Save the Biltmore!

The Belleview Biltmore Hotel was one of the hotels we stayed in during our holiday in Florida, 2008. It was built in 1896 and had a very princess-like style with furnitured ball rooms etcetera. Very old, but classy. Sure some stuff was in need of renovation but most of it was in pretty mint condition.

"The hotel was built in 1896 by railroad tycoon Henry B. Plant and was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places on December 26, 1979. However, this provides no protection from demolition." (Wikipedia)

The current owner is planning to demolish it. Hell no, USA already doesn't have a lotta history and when they have a historic place, they want to replace it by money making condo's?! WHAT'S UP WITH THAT.

Please save the Biltmore. I'd love to visit it again. If it reopens ever.

Kidrobot & Vinylmation collection - February '12

My wish is to buy a complete tray of Kidrobot blind boxes.
The Azteca collection is hot right now & when you have a 'chaser' (limited figure) you actually can make money out of that one. They're so exciting in a way you don't know what figure is inside. Yeah i know, i'm obsessed with plastic figures. And i know, it's smarter to collect a complete serie than to buy a couple of pieces of every serie... like i do now.

Not for some clove cigarettes (Sampoerna are best ones) but i need some luck for next week. School has to approve my documents so i can start with my graduation project.
Man oh man, just give me a GO.
Do it for my nerdiness. And for the fact that i even showed up at lectures no one attends, just to fill up the class room so the lecturer felt less stupid.

American Apparel buys

Last Friday i went to the big American Apparel sale @ Westergasfabriek Amsterdam. We left Rotterdam at 7 AM (so hardcore lol) and around 9 we were ready to shop! Bought this hooded scarf and the cute flower mesh jumper, love it. 

After that, we went to Hoofddorp to have some food and visit the Primark. A nice one over there, not that crowded and with tons of jewelry + shoes. 

Tomorrow my mum & sister are leaving for a two-week holiday at Bali, Indonesia. Next year it's my turn again, if school and stuff end up well.

Reading mode

I wanna read more & finish this book first. Getting bored with my laptop, games, mobile phone, this is my deepening hobby again. I read more before Internet started wasting me. 

Wishlist

All the things i don't really need:

I feel awkward. My last day at work is tomorrow. Leaving the people i like so much. Like i'm closing a chapter in a book. Not voluntarily so someone else is closing it instantly. No choice.
Maybe it's good or just the start of one job-hopping career.
Sure i can meet them but nothing will be the same. Advantage is that a lot of people are moving now. I'm not leaving a business where everything will stay the same. I jump out of a tornado. Everything's gonna change in there. Good luck for the guys who are staying.

Disney: Must. Do. It. Someday

I don't know what to do with my life at the moment. But when i finish school and haven't got any idea yet, i see myself working in Disneyland Resort Paris. Well... not seeing but i would love to try it! This thought came from a audition call i saw on the internet in Amsterdam this month. It makes me feel happy. 

We're looking for precision car drivers and expert motorcycle riders for "Lights, Motors, Action!™ Extreme Stunt Show" at Disney's Hollywood Studios at the Walt Disney World Resort in Florida, and "Moteurs... Action! Stunt Show Spectacular" at Disneyland Paris in France.

Wowww it makes me wanna be a stunt driver too. Coolest job EVER . Who can say he works in the show "Moteurs...Action!" in Disney 0_0

I would do everything to go back

i'm so cold - winter depression hey hello
how great would it be to leave when the rain & coldness starts, to show up again when the sun gets warm again. it would make me a zillion times happier than how i feel at the moment.

Last two days my most adored-crushed-cutest band ever Babylon Circus played in Holland again. 
I wasn't abled to join those two gigs + i just miss the feeling of being there. I'm still addicted and now they're off to South Korea. ARGH. I deserve a bonus. I. Deserve. Gig. Now. 

80+ days to go....

Are you friggin' kidding me? Day tickets for 10-15€ or a 10 day ticket was only 30€! Insane! I would've loved to be there. Gosh living in Bruxelles has to feel awesome at least during Summer.. Where is Brussels Summer Festival in Rotterdam?

• I'm sick of driving lessons and stuff, bye money bye time bye bye all those months on the way to my drivers license - but instructor got a new car yay! 
• Don't wanna work anymore - rich husband welcome

• Feeling like have to win a prize and travel around
• Fresh strawberries would be nice at the moment (crema di fragola si si)

And gonfler is my word at the moment, it triggers me. Can't get it out of my head. Kylie Minoque neither. LOL couldn't help to think 'bout her song..

Hectic Tuesday

Starting rrright now: study for my exam - starting to get sleepy - sleeping - have to get up early - showering - study again - take care of the dogs - a little study again - work as hostess at a China-event in school - having diner - preparing for school's awardshow that night - awardshow - sleep - study - hope i'll be prepared for exam.
