This girl Xiaxue seems really fake and stuff, but when i watched her Youtube video about plastic surgery she sounded so honest about it, i got sympathy for her. Also i think she's so funny in the video above xD
Nowadays she is a full-time blogger, popular in Singapore and married with an American guy she met online. Back in the days (around 2008) she was part of a big blogger fight with Dawn Yang, another known Singaporean blogger.
Xiaxue accused Dawn Yang from being fake & trying to imitate a good friend of her, Arissa Cheo. How interesting is it that all those Asian girls made themselves more European looking anyway.

For the first time in years i read about a bloggerfight with Dutch beautybloggers. It was not about imitating each other, but this time it was about the blogger Serena (Beautylab) who made a fake forum account to reveal nasty things about Cynthia (Misslipgloss). All the drama, because Cynthia caused the break-up between her brother and Serena years ago blablabla. The fight even became a trending topic on Twitter.

Went last Friday to a gig of my current obsession; Mr. Polska.
And to make it even more complete, he showed up with his whole group Nouveau Riche. The crowd was kinda lame, other location would help but in the end I WAS THERE.
Freakshows unite, i'm satisfied for now. Oh and, their producer Boaz deserves real pride for his beats.

Reading mode

I wanna read more & finish this book first. Getting bored with my laptop, games, mobile phone, this is my deepening hobby again. I read more before Internet started wasting me. 

Nike makes a garbage dump of Indonesia

Underpaid workers without proper meals & forced to work overtime everyday for around $150 a month. And as a bonus Nike burns there garbage at dumps all around Indonesia, so the toxins are released into the air & the water they drink. All for the money.

Today i read all the newspapers i could find at home...

Also i printscreened all the weekly lottery results of this year.
Plan is to buy 2 lottery tickets for next week.. 1 with some numbers that are chosen a lot this year & 1 with random chosen numbers. Mission is to win something in the lottery lol.
Not millions but just something hehe, i'm happy with 5€ so wanna give it a chance!

Triggered by the movie Freaks

Just saw a bit of the 1932 movie Freaks on tv, it's about a circus with deformed people. Such an old movie  filled with strange but interesting actors.. like the half woman/half man shown above.

Today i found some Europe stamps so i decided to start Postcrossing again! Wrote 3 cards; to Lithuania, Germany and Finland. So sorry for the addresses outside of Europe, i'll send you when i have stamps again. And money. Someday.
Best part of Postcrossing is receiving cards so i'm excited.

Movie hotness

Leonardo DiCaprio & Tom Hardy

Today i had a busy kinda cultural day (sounds good lol). 

First i went to the Kunsthal museum with my mum, to visit the exposition 'Troostmeisjes' in general. 

After that we watched Bavaria City Racing in Rotterdam and in the evening i went to the films Inception & Salt. I thought Inception was truly amazing but Salt was just Angelina Jolie turned into a fighting-shooting-rolling-climbing-bleeding-jumping-kicking Russian spy superwoman.. Don't know, it was entertaining but overdone if you ask me..

Something i noticed at Inception was the fact Leonardo doesn't look chubby anymore + Tom Hardy is hot hot hot.

Current interest: Prisons

After watching the very interesting docu about San Quentin Prison today, i want to see all those prison things.
I want to visit the prison museum in Veenhuizen, i want to visit detention centres and i like to visit Alcatraz & the San Quentin museum one day. It fascinates me so much i don't know.
Just to feel the 'prison vibe' & taking interesting pictures, although there are no prisoners inside. Who's joining me?
